The process took a while due to the ongoing global shipping challenges and market issues, but throughout the journey, Florence remained very transparent. She constantly updated me on everything — inspection, shipping progress, port delivery, and every other stage involved. She was always available to answer my questions, no matter how many I had, and she always picked my calls and responded patiently. One thing I truly appreciated was the honesty and transparency with pricing.
