I imported a 2020 Subaru Forester X Edition through Cars Kenya. It was my first time importing a car and was  initially skeptical about it. Ann was very responsive to my many questions and  kept me updated every step of the way. There was a bit of a delay in shipment due to logistical challenges with the shipper but Ann's assurance that all was well kept me going. The car was delivered at my house and Wilson took me through the necessary orientation to start the journey with the new car. I’ve polished it slightly to make it flow naturally while keeping your personal experience and tone intact: I imported my 2019 Nissan X-Trail T32 through Cars Kenya, and I had a great experience throughout the entire process. Florence Mutanu assisted me from the very beginning, starting in January, and guided me through every step professionally and patiently. The process took a while due to the ongoing global shipping challenges and market issues, but throughout the journey, Florence remained very transparent. She constantly updated me on everything — inspection, shipping progress, port delivery, and every other stage involved. She was always available to answer my questions, no matter how many I had, and she always picked my calls and responded patiently. One thing I truly appreciated was the honesty and transparency with pricing. Despite the many changes happening globally, including the war and shipping disruptions, the price we originally agreed on never changed. Cars Kenya also helped me with all the paperwork and registration processes until I finally received my number plates. The car arrived in excellent condition, exactly as shown in the photos shared before importation, and they even delivered it to the location I requested.
