FROM BE FORWARD JAPAN:

STEP 1
Visit beforward.jp and identify the car you want
STEP 2
Share the Reference Number with us via Call/WhatsApp (0713147136) or e-mail (beforward@carskenya.co.ke)
STEP 3
Reservation and Price Negotiation. We shall get you the best deal and offer the MAXIMUM DISCOUNT. If the offer is right for yo we reserve the car and begin the export process
STEP 4
Pre-export Process The car is booked for inspection, Allocated a vessel and Car Arrival (CAP) Link provided to track progress. Be Forward will inspect the car via a rigorous in-house process. After the car is certified, we then take the car to the KEBS Approved inspection centers as per Government regulations
STEP 5
Shipment & Clearance Following the QISJ (KEBS certified) inspection, the car is booked on the earliest departing vessel to Mombasa. The client is notified once the shipment booking has been confirmed highlighting the ETD and ETA.
STEP 6
We have a dedicated team in Mombasa handling the customs clearing and registration. You can choose to collect the car or have us arrange delivery

JAPAN AUCTIONS:

STEP 1
Contact us via Call/WhatsApp (0713147136) or email (sales@carskenya.co.ke) and provide all the details of the car you want: color, features, grading and budget.
STEP 2
Our experienced staff will look for options for your car and share with you. Once you have chosen your favorite car we shall provide an invoice, cost/payment breakdown and draft agreement.
STEP 3
Pay a refundable Auction Deposit of $1,000 or equivalent or $2,000 for cars exceeding $40,000 C&F). The bidding deposit is required to initiate bids or negotiations at auctions and this amount is automatically included in the final cost of the car if bids/negotiations are successful. If we do not succeed in bid/negotiation we go back to STEP 2 above or you get a refund.
STEP 4
Auction Purchase If the bid/negotiation is successful, we proceed to the purchase as per the sales agreement. The client pays the required amount for release and purchase, inspection and shipping.
STEP 5
Pre-export Process Following a successful purchase, the car is transported by car carriers to our Japanese partner centre. Here, the car is taken through our own pre-export inspection by our partner. We shall then share detailed photos. After the car is certified, we then take the car to the KEBS Approved inspection centers as per Government regulations.
STEP 6
Following the QISJ (KEBS certified) inspection, the car is booked on the earliest departing vessel to Mombasa. The client is notified once the shipment booking has been confirmed highlighting the ETD and ETA.
STEP 7
We have a dedicated team in Mombasa handling the customs clearing including duty payment, release and registration and transfer to the client.
